Ingredients:
Vegetable cream (60%): (mix of peppers, eggplants, mushrooms, artichokes and chilli peppers), extra virgin olive oil, salt, vinegar, ascorbic and citric acid.

Production:
To produce our hot cream with vegetables, we select and prepare only the best vegetables. We mince and season them with our precious extra virgin olive oil extracted cold. Our HOT CREAM WITH VEGETABLES is ready to be potted and pasteurized. Despite executing an handmade process, the farm respects and values every hygienic measure provided for by the law (HACCP system).
Taste:
To the smell it releases a pleasant feeling of fresh vegetables, to the taste it is intense and very spicy. Ideal as a dressing for quick but tasty pasta it is also an excellent base for the preparation of tasty sauces and to flavor grilled meats. Perfect for bruschetta and canapes to be served as an aperitif or as an entrée. Try also with fish and mussels dishes.

RECIPE
Couscous with vegetables cream, raw peppers and coriander.

PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes



INGREDIENTS:
300 gr instantaneous couscous
3 tablespoons hot cream with vegetables
3 coriander bunches
3 kind of peppers
3 tb spoons bio olive oil with garlic and chili
METHOD:
Clean the peppers and remove the seeds, cut into small pieces as a kind of brunoise. Cook the couscous according to package directions and add the hot vegetable cream. Once warmed up add brunoise peppers and plenty of coriander, finish with bio olive oil with garlic and pepper and serve at room temperature.
