Ingredients:
Artichokes ( 60%), dressing based on extra virgin olive oil with citron, salt, vinegar, ascorbic acid, citric acid.

Production:
To produce our CREAM OF ARTICHOKES WITH CITRON, we select only the best artichokes, blanch them with vinegar, grind and season them with care mixing the obtained cream to our precious extra virgin olive oil with citron. Our CREAM OF ARTICHOKES WITH CITRON is ready to be potted and pasteurized. Despite executing a handmade process, the farm respects and values every hygienic measures provided for by the law (HACCP system).
Taste:
To the taste it releases a fresh feel and scent of citron, to the palate it presents the most delicate and aromatic blend of artichokes and citron with a fresh and charming flavor. It is ideal for delicate dishes as tagliolini with citron and artichokes. Use it also to flavor rice and cold couscous salads. Perfect for bruschetta and canapes to be served as an aperitif or as an entrèe. Try also on baked products such as pizzas and focaccia with rosemary.

RECIPE
Flan of artichokes, potatoes and citron.

PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes



INGREDIENTS:
250 gr fresh cream
250 gr melted cheese
3 medium potatoes
1 can of cream of artichokes with citron
6 whole eggs
1 bunch of basil
Salt and pepper
METHOD:
Boil potatoes in cold water. Mash them and put them in a large bowl, add the jar of artichokes cream, cheese cut into cubes, the fresh cream, basil leaves broken by hands and finally the 6 eggs. Grease the muffin cups with Burroliva and breadcrumbs in order to avoid pie from sticking. Pour in up to fill ¾ of the muffin cups. They will be at least 12. Bake them at 170 degrees for 15 minutes and then they will be ready to be served.
